3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We will require photo evidence of the damaged or defective product.
  • We will happily replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging a product.
  • Fanlashy is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages during the exchange process.

5. Exchange Process:

  • Once your exchange request is approved, please ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Include your order number, name, and contact information inside the package.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly.
